Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 12 years is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 50.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs ZAR 95.00 per person.
Breakfast costs ZAR 55.00 per child under 12 years.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs ZAR 25.00 per day.
